Tata Communications will purchase US-based enterprise messaging agency Kaleyra for about $100 million (almost Rs. 820 crore) in an all-cash deal, the corporate stated on Wednesday.
With operations in over 190 nations, Kaleyra supplies built-in communication companies with a set of proprietary platforms, providing focused personalization by way of messaging, video, push notifications, e-mail and voice-based companies and chatbots.
